Looking for some help please......I live in a area where there is very few marine technicians that can help. When I start my engine I get black smoke and you can see fuel and black crap in the water. I had a scan tool hooked up and it showed no errors and tech says everything seems to check out. Its been 3 weeks with someone looking at it but no luck. Any advise would be appreciated.
