runs great then dies

1985 thundercraft 140 hp merc I O runs great 15 or twenty minutes then stalls, wont start. gas to carb ok, spark at coil, had electronic ignition installed last year. new plugs, wires, rebuilt fuel pump ,rebuilt carb, cleand gas tank installed all new filters, and installed exra one on top of gas tank now what??

Ayuh,... Right at the point it don't start,... It's missin' Fuel, or Fire....
Timing, 'n Compression usually don't change that fast...
