4.3 mercruiser leaking into bildge

While out with the grandkids today the bildge pump came on. After checking and listening I could hear a trickle at the back of the boat. I will check the bellows tomorrow and am wondering if there is anything else that should be checked that may cause the leak...any water hoses at the back of the motor etc.?? The engine is a 1993 4.3 mercruiser #0f075410 and has an alpha 1 gen 2 outdrive.

Water hose fallen off...
Exhaust clamp broken (allowing exhaust water to run down the outside of the exhaust pipe)
