Went out on the ocean this morning and got stuck, when turning the key I just get a click then there is no juice going to gauges at all. Bought a new battery, still the same problem. Put an electrical tester to the starter and the ground and it shows current.

Now my motor and outdrive are full of saltwater and I can't start the engine to flush them out, is there another way to flush the engine without running it?

"Put an electrical tester to the starter and the ground and it shows current."
What does that mean?

wouldnt worry that much about flushing the motor..check the adult only section for some tips of checking the electrics, main system power comes from the starter connections, start there first,
