merceuiser 5.0 missing

Need help everyone. I just went through an issue where my new sierra rotor fell apart after install causing me to be stranded. I have since replaced with OEM cap and rotor and re-timed. Also have new plugs. The engine did not miss last year and now misses under acceleration. Did the coil get ruined or spark plugs when the rotor went bad causing the coil to arc out? Appreciate any help!!!/

Did you get the plug wires in the correct order? Were the ends of the plug wires where they go into the cap in good shape and shiny? No corrosion?

Yes, all looked good. The Miss is not consistent, just intermittent. Plugs gapped to. 035. I'm thinking the metal falling off my rotor messed up my coil. Anyone have a coil that arced out go bad before?
