Lower unit question

98 350 mercruiser efi gen II outdrive
Went out to fire up the boat after it sat all winter...I noticed the gear oil reservoir down a little so I added some gear oil before I started it. After I shut it down I noticed a little gear oil coming from the weep hole in the lower unit.
What do you think?

Sounds like a leak to me. Pull the drive, drain the gear lube, and pressure test it.
