1 of my trim gauges reads 2 when it's all the way down. That drive is in the same position as my other drive that reads 1. Is there a way to adjust it?

Yes. Loosen the 2 screws holding the trim position (the one with TP on it... starboard side) sensor on the side of the gimbal ring and rotate the sensor until you have the indication you desire... Then tighten the screws.
