Torque Specs 140 mercruiser

Ive seen them here before but I cant find them to save my life. I need the head and the exhaust manifold specs and the pattern to tighten them in. Any help would be great. Thanks

While they may all be the same, I don't really want to check all of them, does your 140 have a year?
