1976 Mercruiser 140 need torque spec's.

1976 Mercruiser 140 (4 cylinder chevy II, 181 CID)...Sorry guys, left my manual on another boat at the lake and would greatly appreciate someone giving me torque spec's for head bolts, mains, and rod cap nuts. Much appreciated... I'd love to get this joker back together tonight and install tomorrow evening then be fishing by Friday.
