Not sure how it's possible to rebuild an engine without a manual to check specs on all the parts.<br />Sounds more like a "take it apart and put it back together and hope for the best" than an actual rebuild. Was the head and block within flatness specs? Will you be using the proper torque sequence? When do you do the retorque? And what year is it?
