torsion damper (harmonic balancer) wobble problem

I recently replaced the timing cover and water circulation pump on my engine. After reassembling I found the harmonic balancer to have wobble. I removed/installed it in accordance with the job guide and found it to be in good condition. So is this wobble normal and that I didn't notice it before or will it damage my engine?

If I do need a new one can anyone recommend a replacement that is cheaper than ?440 for a original mercruiser part.

Here is a video of what its doing.

Hi there. I used a GM# 0326280 for my 1974 3 liter.
Might be the same as one from an old chevy or pontiac 194 cu in engine
