help me get the next piece of my mercruiser stern drive

having problems
getting this piece off
also the bolts for the shift cable seem very stuck like they are going to round if i give them any touqe
ordering a manuel but i really would like to get theese parts off

Not sure what parts you are having problem with, you pictures contains a LOT of different parts.

Exactly what parts? what bolts on the shift cable?

Its all got to come apart and repaired.
the stearing is loose, and I need at the transom.
their is i nut on the back side of (the strearing control arm for shift cable its very stuck) and small allen at end of cable also stuck?
if its called the stearing controlle thats next the pin is out of the lower half cant figure out how the upper half comes apart.

You do know that the engine must come out first.
