Its it a mercruiser, remove the 2 bolts on the right side, remove spacer, R/R belt, install spacer

not enough room to remove replace belt, the bracket that holds engine height and in between the pulley is not enough room to install belt??? Help, rookies here

Ayuh,... So loosen, take off the pulley...
