bolt sequence and torque for head bolts on 1992 3.0 mercruiser

anyone know what the sequence is other than start at the middle and work your way out, that is a given, im sure there is a sequence that must be followed to tightening them and how much torque to tighten them to, and also whats the process for adjusting the valves.....
