Ok, I thought the power steering cooler was leaking, so I replaced it. No, it wasn't a new one, but it held up to a pressure test (3psi for about 15 min). I'm still loosing fluid, but I see no leaks. Any ideas???

If its not leaking in the bilge or anywhere inside of your boat, then the only other place in the world that it can go is outside the boat, and the only way that it can get there is through your power steering fluid cooler...

Yep, that's what I thought. maybe I'm just not seeing it inside somewhere, as it's clear color, but I'm not seeing any wet areas. Is there something I can dye the fluid with to make a leak more evident? Or can I use tranny fluid (like we do in cars) in lieu of the power steering fluid?

ATF will work just fine, plus being red it`s easier to spot.
