Hi guys

just a quickie -

engine info - 1972 GM In Line 4 120hp - Serial Number 3254358

The manual (clymer) calls for AC CR44N2 - and having searched for an equivalent I have come up with NGK BR6ES

The ones in it are NGK BPR6ES - which have a protruding end -

Any advice appreciated please - either correct NGK or Champion would be really useful please.

Cheers

Adam

I like the AC Delco MR43T.

The NGK I believe should be BR6FS.

I would never recommend Champion... but that's just me. ;)

Those are the wrong plugs for his engine, he has a 72, and look at his sn range.

Thanks fishermark :)

And Don - cheers buddy - thats the conclusion i came too as well - nice to hear a guru confirm it though.

I can see how you got it slightly wrong fishermark - the GM I/L4 120 took a different plug up to SN3825578 - then 3825579 on is as you say the BR6FS - it was the P bit and the length i was double checking - but hey mate as I say very grateful for the input

Cheers guys

Oops! Sorry about that. I see that one is tapered and one has the gasket.
