1995 cobia odyssey 248e

I bought a 1995 Cobia Odyssey 248E with a 5.7L. chevy but it has no out drive. Can anyone tell me what outdrive is supposed to be on this boat? I was told it was Merc Alpha 1 But then was told it was a Merc bravo series but have now read that it is a Yamaha. Also what prop should be on this boat and where can i get a manual form it? Is there site online where I can get the specs and info I am looking for? Thanks, Anyones help would be deeply appreciated! I would like to get this boat in the water!

Post the engine serial # and if possible a pic of whats left where the outdrive was, and pray its not a Yamaha. I don't think Yamaha would be used on a '95 anything.
What is the MCM # on the flame arrestor. ( air cleaner )
