71 aristo craft super 19 trim not working

i just got a 71 aristo craft super 19 the boat runs and looks awesome but the trim only gos down and wont go back up. when i hit the switch for down you can hear the solenoid click and hear the hydrolics work but when i push the switch for up nothing happens so i think it is in the switch. i tryed jumping wires but still cant get the trim to return up. is there any one out there that can help me?

is there any fluid in the trim system?

so along with answering the mech. questions dons is asking about. what color did ya get... i'm kinda into nineteens...
