Loctite 567 PST?

Hi, I'm shimming my shift shoe (OMC / Volvo SX), and the manual calls for Loctite 567 PST on the threads of the adjustment bolt. It warns that if you don't seal this bolt properly, the drive won't be water tight.

I can't find 567 anywhere local. Does anybody know of an equivalent? I've got loctite red and some perfect seal, would either of those be OK?

If there was an equivalent, don't you think the maintenance manual would have listed it?
Order it, use it, and don't worry about water intrusion.
