When i have the boat in the water when i go in forward then try to go to neutral in wont go unless i go fast then go in to neutal quickly but if i go very slow in forward it will not go in neutral my limit short was shorting out and i just bypassed it have not put in the water to try yet do you think that was the problem if not does anyone have any suggestions.
