Bayliner Capri - PowerTrim/Trailer buttons Not Responding

It is a Commander 3000 Classic that was working fine two days ago, and then yesterday on the water, it simply stopped responding to my attempts to raise, lower, and trailer the outdrive. This is my first boat, and I am not mechancially inclined, but I just got it out of the shop this week for another problem (starter, fuel gauge sender, speedometer) and would like to at least eliminate any of the easy-fix obvious possible problems that maybe even I could fix. Any suggestions on how I should proceed? Thanks!

If it is there is a 20 amp fuse in a round black holder on the trim pump
