Ok i took it to the lake today and it appears the transom isn't leaking but i did find a leak. Picture attached. The water intake at the transom.... at the water neck. Picture provided. I believe the transom looked ok.... this is a big plus for me. I also believe this caused my gimble bearing to rust. How hard is the fix for the water neck?

Usually when it leaks there the mating surface the plastic gooseneck bolts to is your transom assembly and the surface is corroded.

I'd wonder if the plastic housing is loose, or warped. Either way, remove, inspect/replace with a new gasket. Hope that's all it is.
