Whilst firing some anti freeze in the engine today and checking for proof on the side of the block, I noticed the port fwd engine mount but was not only loose, but half way up the thread with the spring washer hanging in the breeze !
Slightly worried now...guess I need to check the alignment ??

Yep

If motor is lag bolted instead of thru bolted, this happens over time

Cheers all dodge.
Shame on me...I tightened them down at the end of last season as well.
Worried what could have caused one to come so loose. Perhaps it was the frightening skyward incident I had mid season.
Bottom end of mount fixing seems good...just the top nut is mega loose.
Must keep and eye on that.

If its just the big top/bottom nut, adjust to spec and then bend lock tabs in place

Cheers AD....you have me questioning myself, but pretty sure there are no locking tabs. Just a nut and a big spring washer.

Just a nut and a big spring washer.

Only place for a spring washer is on the rear mounts, not the front
The front has a nut on the bottom with tab washer, and a nylock nut on top

I'm guessing by "big spring washer" you are referring to a lock washer? That's what should be there.

Seems to be called a lock washer there in drawing. Us Brit?s would call that a spring washer right enough.
Yeah. That?s the nut and washer that?s loose.

Do you also have a self locking nut on top, or just a plain nut

AD...I?ll have another look, but I could have sworn it wasn?t a nylock. Just a thin profile nut. Might be wrong. You?d think if it was a nylock, it wouldn?t have came loose. Looks like the one you posted above right enough.
Reckon it?s worth pulling the leg and checking alignment ?
