Our drive play in trim cylinders

I never remember my outdrive being able to be picked up or pushed down a few inches - perhaps its just me not recalling correctly. I replaced one trim cyclinder, so now I'm wondering if I did not bleed or flush correctly - should there really be a good inch or two in play w/ the cylinder? thanks for your advice, video link shortly

Ayuh,.... It appears there's still air in the system,....

Run it up, 'n down, full travel 10 or 15 more times, 'n see what it does,....

I do feel it's been up/down 10-15 times already though :(
I'll do more.

What's the ramifications of running like this in water ?

Ayuh,.... At worst, it'll jump up that much when put into reverse,...
