Easy to replace, cut the factory clamps at the fitting and the water distribution bottle ,replace hose, replace hose clamps

That looks like the Tee fitting (item 20) and is part of the 3 point drain system. Sometime close up pics makes it harder to determine what your pointing at.

The water pump pulley has a lot of corrosion on it for a 2014

Yes, thats why I was going to clean it up and paint it. I think its from not using the boat much. I can also get a pic from more distance tomorrow. How do those clamps come off? Thanks

Yes, somehow the T-connect got mushed down a bit which caused the hose to make contact with the pulley. I did not notice any issues last time I ran it, what problems would a hole in that hose cause? Could it also be the reason I have more rust on it than one would expect? Any idea how much that hose costs?

If you look in the link in post 2 you can see what the parts cost. The parts are probably correct but to make sure we would need your motor serial number

The hose and Tee is used to drain the system during winterization and would have no effect or rust build up, My guess is the amount of rust/corrosion is due to salt water.
