My intake water hose (A1 gen 1) is in rough shape. Plan on replacing that, bellows, u-joints, and lower shift cable in the off season. Thinking about doing the trim/limit sensors as well if they're not too much additional work (I don't really care about them, but would prefer to have everything functional). Any other "while you're in there" repairs to do?

Think you've probably got it all covered. I assume you'll put a new shift cable bellows on at the time. And yes, trim senders while the bell housing is loose is the easiest. Not impossible to do with everything in place, but certainly easier without.

Gimbal bearing :noidea:

Corrosion check and remedy as needed . .
Maybe outdrive pressure test and gear oil change.

Gimbel was smooth early season, impeller change/pressure test at same time, gear oil= yearly maintenance

Pretty much all already covered, only thing else would be an engine alignment check to be sure things are still aligned properly.

Yup, do that at least once/year when the drive's off. Looks like it's time to dig in!
