Mercruiser 140 water pump

I have a 1984 Mercruiser 140 in my pontoon boat and I was testing it today and wasn't getting any water to the engine with muffs on so I took the outer drive apart and my impeller is shot my question is what is the best water pump to use I need the housing and everything is there a brass housing for this application? Maybe that isn't good either.

Just the standard waterpump kits from mercruiser or sierra, good for about 2 years then replace it
