The only other thing you may want to do is go through the carberator as the accelerator pump plunger is probably dried up and shrunk where it will not squirt when you throttle it up. Looks like a diamond in the rough you have there. Good luck. Kenny

I will check into rebuilding the carburetor and replacing the diaphragm on the fuel pump, ( last one I did was on a Cessna 150...12 years ago..hehehe). Here is the video of the first engine start ( running). But first I will have to make sure it floats,

Lets see some more pictures of your boat. I have a 1979 SeaRay SRV 190 with the 165 L6 engine too. Mine was rotted out when I got it, had to replace deck, stringers, and transom...Mine is closed bow, is yours open or closed? Its a cool looking boat, lets see yours!!
