Mercruiser 170 HP SternDrive replacing all bellows hoses

I have water leaking into the boat. I was told by people here that i should check the bellows. I did just that and they do look cracked! , Question i have is how do i go about it and how do i identify the proper parts as i cannot real the serial No. on the unit? IT is a 1986 four winns boat horizon. Thanks for any advice, i am very mechanical i have many tools and experience. thanks you. Bill

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,... You have an Alpha 1, the transom kits for the Alpha 1 are all the same, from '83 to '90,.....

If ya follow the factory manual, exactly is a fairly easy job,...
