Water streaming from thru hull

Sorry for taking so long to get bak to everyone re:grading my water leak. Sooooo I had a marine mechanic look at my boat and there is a valve on top of the engine that let's you drain the water from your block so you can winterize it that was left open. The mechanic closed the valve and that's it. He only charged me $50 took him 5 min done deal. Silly me lol I just wanted to say to all of you who tried helping me figure this out a big THANK YOU

Ayuh,.... Good news,.... Atleast it was drained over winter,....

I'm in the wrong business..

😂😂😂 Yeah this guy needs to never come back to that mechanic. A good mechanic wouldn't have charged him in hopes that he would come back later for more expensive repairs.

No, not if this was that 3 or 7 point drain system.On the bottom of the diverter valve is a blue plug and some have a valve knob on top of the engine.
And I would not have charged for that service either
