1989 4.3L Heater core hook up locations

Can someone tell me where to hook up the two heater core lines to a 4.3L. The hoses are 5/8 inch. I have not purchased any fittings for the motor yet. Thanks

place one in the lower radiator line (some water pumps have a fitting) place one in the thermostat housing crossover

Ayuh,..... There should be a 1/2" pipe plug on the intake manifold, just aft of the t-stat housin',...
That's the hot water feed,....

For a return, there oughta be a 1/2" pipe plug in the circulatin' water pump housin',....

OK I see both plugs. Super. Thank you Bondo. Now I gotta get them plugs out and replace them with a brass 5/8 barbed nipple.
