Noisy Carburetor 4.3 Mercrusier

Resently rebuilt a 4.3 Mercruiser. Had an electronics problem and when with the Delco Voyager ECM Kit. Got the engine running but have a high pitch whine coming out of what I believe is the carborator. Its been hard to zero in on exactly what is creating it. Any ideas on where to look or what could be causing it.

when i have a noise i can't find. i like using a hearing hose. like an old heater hose or something. one end up to yer ear, the other end probing for the sound.... kind of a silly idea, but cheap and non destructive. usually this has worked for me, but not always..
