Here are pics of my 2000 model Johnson 90 carbs. After using it this weekend I had found a fuel leak caused by the over tight screws on the carb bowls. Can this be repaired or do the bowls need to be replaced? motor runs great and I dont want to rebuild them. Thanks in advance Berni

might just replace the gasket and see if it still leaks. While you have it off place upsid down no a piece of glass and verify nothing is warped? Just a suggestion.

The torque on the screws is in the order of 10 INCH-LBS-----------Most folks tighten way too much !!
