My evinrude was running great all season but I turned her off the other day while on the water and she has not started since. The motor seems to be binding. Without the plugs in it turns over fine but when I put them back in it will barely crank over and it's not fast enough to fire. Not sure what to do next. The strarter and solenoid are new as of a month ago and everything else has been working great. Any help is appreciated. I did read the top secret files and I will do a compression test later but I'm not sure what the compression should be.
