Having problems with my 2003 Johnson four stroke 140 HP cutting out. The motor runs good starts good. Problem happens after running it for awhile....shutting it off and fishing then starting up and running it at wide open throttle. Motor will cut out like its starving for fuel. Have changed inline spin on canister fuel filter the fuel lines to engine out of the fuel folter as well as primer bulb... Just purchased it from private owner so kinda bummed. Doesn't always die....will come out of it and run decent again if you cut the throttle quick enough.... Then it runs fine again... Its on a 03 crestliner fishhawk 1850... Anyone have any ideas? I don't think the previous owner used much so maybe bad gas?

Check the lines between the filter and the tank.
Try removing the line from the tank and blowing into it. Might have some blockage there too

Yep...I can remove the inlet line coming into the fuel filter. I can blow into it fine so it seems to not be blocked.
