should terminal 1 have power on it and if so where does it come from.my does not with or without the switch on even when cranking.sensor coils 1&3 7.5 ohms 2&4 8.0 ohms. no short to ground. charging coils 837 ohms. no spark any where.replace all coils as 1 was bad. terminals 2,4,9,12 has nothing coming out of them.I did check the fuse on the block and it is good.

Sorry , but 12 volts from the battery is not used by this system to generate the spark.---That all comes from the flywheel magneto when it is spinning at least 250 / 300 RPM.

So when it is cranking I should have voltage there? What should I check next.you thinking under fly wheel or power pack?

If ohm reading are as the book states and the motor is cranking fast enough you should have spark.--Your ohm readings appear to be good.---- I would suspect the powerpack.
