97 ocean runner info

i am having problems with a 97 Johnson ocean runner 200hp. it starts fine on land then when i put the boat on the water it stalls out... i need to know what the compression is or if i can download a manual thanks...

There are no specs on compression. Check it and report back here with the results for opinions.

119 and 110 lowest

Compression sounds okay. Do a cylinder drop test on it.
