Evinrude losing fuel prime

I have a 99 Evinrude Ficht 175. As I get up on plane, about 2 minutes my motor sounds like it's losing fuel, it Boggs down and dies. I have to crank it then pump my bulb until it's firm. What's the problem? Thank you

Air leak in fuel line, lift pump bad or high pressure pump problem..

My tank has a vent on it. Is your vent open or closed? Its just a screw style
