Change mounting bracket(called a clamshell bracket I think) on 2000 Johnson 200hp

I need to change the trim and tilt on my 2000 Johnon 200hp motor and the pin that hold it on the bracket are seized. I have a good trim and tilt that is still on the bracket from another motor but how do I change the whole bracket.

Thank you for the response I will give it a try, I am just worried I will break the bracket any but if I do I guess I can always go back to the thought of changing the bracket.

Just use plenty of heat, a brass drift and a BFH. If you ruin any plastic bushings they're easy to replace.
