1979 evinrude 85hp cranks but won't start

I have spark on all 4 cylinders and fuel the motor will crank and pop every once in awhile and after cranking for about 15 seconds fuel will run out of the front of the carburetors

Check the flywheel key.

check your plugs are on the right cylinder too, easy to put the top on the bottom by mistake
