Down loaded a manual off the net. Says to torque at 180 cu in. / 12 = 15 lbs? Pattern, Tighten from center out, a little at a time. Is this correct?

Torque is usually not measured in ---cu in---but that information is correct.

No..... The correct torque is 14 to 16 "foot" pounds,

If you're usiing a "inch" pound torque wrench, that would be 168 to 192 inch pounds.

Tightening center out in a circular pattern is correct as follows, each number represents a head bolt:.

13..14
9....10
5.....6
1.....2
4.....3
8.....7
12..11
