Anyone with a shop manual for a Johnson 9.9? Can you check something for me?

Waiting for a Seloc manual to shop up which might not even have what I'm looking for.

Rebuilding a 74 Johnson 9.9 and I'm curious if there is a size tolerance for the needles in the rod bearings? Looking to see what the factory diameter is. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it!

Have no idea how good these are, but while you are waiting for your Seloc or other replies, you might check this out:

Also, this probably won' have the size tolerances, but seems to have good info on rebuilding:

Most importantly, here is an official service manual for 1974 9.9 HP for less than $25 on eBay right now. Why not buy the real one? Has to be worlds better than a Seloc or Clymer:

I totally agree with sumocomputers idea as well. After market service manuals are very questionable at best. Buy the manufacturer's original model, year, HP specific shop manual and everything you could imagine about your engine will be in that manual...

The factory manual does not have that information either.----------How does the surface look on the rods ?----Can you clearly see the original cross hatch on there from honing at manufacture ?---Picture ?

The powerhead is toast. Rotating assembly is rusted and pitted. But Thanks for the advice!
