1979 Evinrude 100HP Troubles

I have a 1979 evinrude 100 it's firing on all four cylinders but it's only running on onel could I have carburetor issues plz.help

Started a new thread for ya. Asking in a 13 year old thread won't help much.

Have you done a compression test?

After running the engine, check the spark plugs are they all the same? Some more wet than others? Usually at idle the plugs will appear to be wet, oily. If they are dry, then the cyls may not be getting fuel.
