2003 225 Johnson Injected miss on Idle

I have a question, I have a 2003 Johnson 225hp fuel injected engine that has a miss at idle and when you first accelerate it stumbles, the engine seem to run fine after this. It has new plugs, fuel filters.
I'm not sure if I should be looking at a fuel issue(ie injectors) or is it electrical (Possable Timming).

My bad. it's an Evinrude, I will get the engine number and post it.

Evinrude produced a direct-injection 225 horse V6 2-stroke outboard in 2003. We really need a model # for the outboard in question, otherwise we are guessing in the dark.
