Im needing some extra input. Im working on my 68 Evinrude sportfour 60hp. I am trying to start it for the first time since buying it last summer. When i turn the key i get no response from the starter.
I have 12volts at 3 of the 4 terminals on the back of the key switch. I have also checked the starter relay. I have 12 volts coming in. .20 on the 1st terminal going down. 2-6 volts jumping around on the 2nd terminal going down and nothing on the bottom relay to the starter. I have jumped across and the starter will spin.
Im fairly certain im loosing connection somewhere but im not sure where. Electrical frustrates the heck outta me.
