Cannot I.D. Johnson Motor

I have the motor only (no lower end) from a small Johnson outboard. The metal disk on the motor is imprinted with the following: J3074537. I haven't been able to determine the size or year of the engine although I thought it was from a 1969 6HP.

My private collection of serial numbers agrees that it is a 1969 or 1970. But no way for me to tell what horsepower it is, except pictures.
