J/E Shift Rod Adjustment

I am a service tech and just ordered a used adjustment rod off ebay. Basically what I would like is all of the shift rod heights in one file for quick reference while working. Ive seen the section in the top secret file but it mainly covers the 70s into the early 80s. If there a document somewhere that covers everything into the current models? Thank you for the help.

I did my best building one from various sources on the internet. Was not able to find a good source of all of them in one place.

If anyone finds any mistakes or anything to add I would appreciate the feedback.
