Can anyone identify the year of this Johnson outboard?

I bought an outboard today on Craigslist the guy said nothing was wrong with it and turned out to be a scammer...it needs parts to say the least.

I can't find a model or serial on it anywhere unfortunately so I was wondering if anyone could identify the year of this boat motor, I think I have it narrowed down to: [h=2]Johnson 9.5 HP Outboard[/h]

There is no doubt here at all---it is the 1966 model.
