1957 Fastwin 18hp GearCase Seal Replacement

Drained the oil in the lower unit on my 1957 18hp and discovered that water is getting in. The drain/ fill plugs had new gaskets on them at the beginning of the seasons. Any help on what needs to be replaced would be appreciated. Might as well replace whatever rubber seals are there while I have it opened up. Also going to replace the impeller. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Buy a whole reseal kit. It will come with all the seals. You will then need some 3M 847 as well.
