Have you heard this motor run ? -----Have you tested / calibrated the test guage ?------Many guages / techniques show different results.-----How long have you owned this motor ?
I would say close to normal. Being even is is good. It warrants getting good spark and trying it with some 2 stroke starting fluid or a squirt of
outboard mix.
The motor runs great, starts first pull, idles good, I was just curious because most of my other outboards are in the 70 - 90 psi range. When I tested the 3hp and only got 50 psi, it made me wonder if that was too low.
